My name is Hannah, a fully qualified, insured Reflexologist and Reiki healer. I work from my serene and picturesque home treatment room in Liss, Hampshire.

Before retraining as a reflexologist, I worked for 20 years with children, and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours. During this time, I had interesting conversations with the complementary therapists who visited these settings to give our clients treatments. I could see first-hand the positive emotional and physical benefits to our clients. I explored many different complementary therapies in the years that followed and especially during the time of undergoing IVF treatments.

Once I had found reflexology, I knew this was the direction I wanted to go in as I could see for myself how it helped to manage my stress, manage pain and to relax and heal. I was so fascinated during my treatment that I asked a lot of questions about how it all worked. I decided to become qualified so that I could help others to feel the same way. I take it as a huge compliment if client’s drift off for a while. During my training I learnt that healing works the best once a client is fully relaxed.
